How do I get credit for a gift certificate?

You can redeem your gift certificate during checkout in our highlighted "Redeem Any Special Offers" section after entering your billing information. Just type in the gift certificate serial number in the field as it appears on the face of the certificate, including any dashes that may appear in the number.

How can I receive a confirmation of my order?

We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. We will advise you we have received your order, as well as a confirmation of the requested delivery date. For direct shipped gift items, we will also send you a confirmation that they have picked up your gift as well as a tracking number, and a confirmation of the actual delivery date.

Was my order delivered?

All customers are automatically sent a confirmation that we have received their order, as long as they have provided us with a valid email address. Florist fulfilled orders will also have a delivery date confirmation.

When our customers select direct shipped gifts, they will receive a confirmation that we have received their order, as well as a confirmation that the shipper has picked up the gift, and an assigned tracking number. And finally, our customer will receive a confirmation of the delivery date.

My order was not delivered as requested.

During our peak holidays*, due to high volume, we ask that you accept a flexible delivery schedule in order to insure that deliveries will take place in a timely manner. Your patience is appreciated. Florist fulfilled orders are delivered during business hours (9 a.m. - 7 p.m.) and although our specially selected florists make every effort, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries.

* Peak holidays include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Return Policy
 
Return Policy

Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 14 days.  Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All monogrammed outfit Teddy Bears,  special orders or orders for large quantity discount items are not returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.

To return any items you must email us for prior approval and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise purchased from Bear Me is sold in its original factory packaging, some warranties may vary, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. Bear Me cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages or the cost of shipping & handling back to us.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! No Refunds or Exchanges will be made After 14 Days.

Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process, and credits should be posted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company..

· Perishable items - we are unable to accept returns on perishable gifts. Any quality issues should be resolved with a re-delivery date.

· Non-perishable - we do accept returns on non-perishable items, as long as the item is in resaleble condition.

· Fine jewelry - we accept returns on fine jewelry as long as the purchase was made within the last 30 days, and the wear tag has not been removed from the item. Please contact us to coordinate the return shipment of the product.

If you have an additional email address on file with us, you must send an email from those addresses to have them removed as well. We schedule our mailings one month in advance, so you may receive one or two mailings before your request takes effect. Your patience is always appreciated.
